1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms have the following meanings:

• "Blues House" or "we" refers to the accommodation property located at Str. Gheorghe Tutuianu nr. 12 B, Venus
• "Guest" or "you" refers to the person making the reservation
• "Reservation" refers to the accommodation contract between Blues House and the guest
• "Website" refers to the online platform through which reservations are made

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Reservations and Confirmation

3.1 Reservation Process

• Reservations can be made through our website, by phone or email
• All reservations are subject to room availability
• Reservation confirmation is sent by email or phone
• Personal data provided must be correct and complete

3.2 Minimum Age

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, Blues House only accepts children with a minimum age of 12 years. This policy is strict and cannot be modified.

4. Rates and Payments

4.1 Rates

• Rates displayed on the website are per room, per night
• Rates may vary depending on season and special events
• Rates are expressed in Romanian LEI and include VAT
• There may be additional local taxes according to current legislation. For example, the resort tax which may vary (5 lei/person/night in 2025)

4.2 Payment Methods

• Without reservation, payment is made at check-in, at the property reception
• We accept cash and card payments (Visa, Mastercard)
• To confirm a reservation, 1/2 of the total amount is charged. This is fully refunded up to 21 days before the check-in date upon written request (email, whatsapp, mail), starting from day 20 before check-in it is retained in full.

5. Check-in and Check-out

5.1 Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: after 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Late check-in or early check-out can be arranged upon request

5.2 Required Documents

• Valid ID document for all guests
• For foreign citizens: valid passport
• Completion of the accommodation form according to Romanian legislation

6. Cancellation Policy

6.2 Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 21 days before check-in and more than 2 hours after making the reservation will be charged half the value of the stay
• In case of no-show, the entire reservation value will be charged (half the value of the stay)
• Cancellation can be made by phone, email, mail or whatsapp

6.3 Reservation Modifications

Modifications to reservations (dates, number of guests) are possible depending on availability and may involve rate recalculation.

7. Conduct Rules and Minimum Age

7.1 Behavior

• Guests must respect quiet hours, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and common areas
• Pets are not allowed
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property

7.2 Security

• Guests must comply with safety and security rules
• Do not leave valuables in the room - use the available safe
• Report any problems to reception immediately

7.3 Minimum Age

• The minimum age of any person accommodated at Blues House is 14 years old.
• Any minor will be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire Blues House property.
• There is no rate for minors. They will be charged at the adult rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Blues House Liability

• Blues House is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• Our liability is limited to the value of the reservation
• We are not responsible for interruptions of public services (electricity, water, internet)

8.2 Force Majeure

Blues House is not responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations in case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).

9. Personal Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Romanian and European data protection legislation (GDPR). For detailed information, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

Blues House reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in Romania.
